Our facility is fully equipped and can accommodate all students with multiple mud testing stations and equipment to run tests smoothly and confidently as if you were in the field.

At Texas Petroleum Institute, we are committed to providing our graduates with the necessary tools to excel in their new and exciting careers. Our Drilling Fluids Technology and Engineering Certification Program is designed to prepare students for success in the oil and gas industry.
schedule
- Classes are held from 9:00am-5:00pm, five days a week for four weeks
- Graded homework is assigned nightly and due the following morning prior to 9:30am Tuesday through Friday
- Tests are given every Friday

- Our instruction is rigorous and geared towards producing top graduates
- Final grades will be provided, honoring both Valedictorian and Salutatorian
- Students must pass the course with a grade of 75% or higher to obtain certification
flexibility
- We understand the challenges of taking a month-long course, and offer options for splitting the class between two different courses if necessary
